What if my order is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please keep your tracking number so that you are able to retrieve your order as soon as it arrives.

Are the flowers and crystals real?
Yes! All flowers are preserved or dry. Due to the nature of the crystal, every item is unique and one of a kind.
